    Imagine my surprise as I drove up to the enginehouse on a beautiful sunday morning
    in Springfield Illinois and found both of the Chicago & Illinois Midland's rare RS1325's
    basking in the sun. These are the only two RS1325's built by EMD in 1960. They were offered
    in the EMD catalogue with or without steam generators for suburban passenger service but the
    unit never caught on. An added bonus was a C&IM SW1200 also parked alongside.
    Maybe one of your readers can give us all an update on these unit's dispositions.
