    CP no. 6622
CP S11 6622. From series 6614-6623 built by MLW in 1959, a Canadian only design.
The thin stack denotes a non-turbocharged unit basically a 660 HP S3 in a new carbody.
The same 6-cyl 539 engine as an S1 or S3. Shown at Glenn Yard in Montreal in April 76.

    CP no. 6622
CP S11 6622. Cab view of the same unit. The high cabs gave great visibility for the crew.

    CP no. 6622
CP S11 6622. A friendly wave from the engineer got me a 5-minute cab
ride at "The Glenn" in Montreal in 1976. It's like climbing a two-story
building to get into that cab! A great view from a rare MLW.

    CP no. 6615
CP S11 6615. Incredibly the old paint scheme lasted until 1982 on this S11 shown in Montreal.

    CP no. 6620
CP S11 6620 and S2 7025. Shown in Walkley yard in Ottawa, Ont.
the relative size of the S11 can be compared to an S2.
You wouldn't think that the S2 had more horsepower!
