Norfolk & Portsmouth Belt

    Another busy terminal RR in Portsmouth Virginia. The N&PB operates 15 SW1200's all built in 1955 & 56.
    The photo shows one example travelling as fast as I've ever seen a switcher go near Chesapeake Va in 1984.
    The Railroad is jointly owned by the CSX & NS.
