The DRS6-4-660 was built solely for the French Supply Council, 106 were ordered. 100 units went to the SNCF in France, original numbers 040-DA-1 to 040-DA-100, renumbered 62001-62100. 6 went to Morocco, see Chemins de Fer du Maroc.
